Nancy Novak, owner/broker of Torrey Properties, is a seasoned real estate broker with over 30 years of experience. She has helped clients negotiate through many real estate cycles.

Nancy grew up in the beautiful hills of southwestern Pennsylvania. Her first career was a Registered Nurse. As an RN, she focused her knowledge, skills, and compassion toward her patients’ well-being. She has carried this philosophy and caring into her real estate practice.

Nancy spent sixteen years in the hyper-competitive world of commercial real estate. As vice president of one of Southern California’s leading investment firms, her success was attributed to her ability to work collaboratively, understand multiple points of view, and negotiate with a win-win approach.

Nancy is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR) and has earned the following certifications/designations: Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE)
